In commemoration of World Heart Day 2026 and as part of its ongoing 40th anniversary celebrations, Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals is inviting members of the public, healthcare professionals, corporate organisations, families and wellness enthusiasts to participate in a 10,000-Step Health Walk focused on promoting heart health and healthier lifestyles. The walk will take place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., starting and finishing at the Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals Cardiovascular Centre, 3B Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. Cardiovascular health remains an important part of overall wellbeing, and regular physical activity is one of the simple lifestyle habits that can support a healthier heart. The 10,000-Step Health Walk is designed to encourage people to move more, pay closer attention to their heart health and make preventive healthcare a regular part of everyday life. For Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals, the initiative reflects its longstanding commitment to promoting healthier communities through prevention, education and access to quality healthcare.
