Registration
Every new patient at Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals will be required to be registered. Registration takes place at the front desk and patients, or their relatives will be required to fill out and return the registration form. The Patient Care Support staff is also on hand to assist with this process if required.
Outpatient Clinic Hours
Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals, Ikeja – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm daily
Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals, Victoria Island – 24-hour general out-patients, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm for specialist outpatient consultations (Monday – Friday)
Patients who present at the emergency unit shall be registered and triaged for effective management. All non-emergency patients also receive care accordingly
Feedback
Your feedback is important to us. It would enable us to measure the quality of service you received at our facilities. You will be enjoined to give feedback either by filling out the feedback form below or scanning the QR code at designated contact points in the hospitals.
Room Service
Your diet is an important part of your treatment and well-being and our goal is to provide a balanced meal that can boost your recovery. Please discuss any dietary requirements with the in-house Dieticians, your Nurse, or your Physician.
Meal service schedule (for in-patients only)
- Breakfast: 7:30 am – 8:30 am
- Lunch: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
- Dinner: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
The Lagoon Café is also available for outpatients, relatives, and staff.
Visiting Hours – 11 am – 7 pm daily
