How to Access Your Account

Getting started is a simple, straightforward process. Follow these four steps to secure your profile:

Get Your Login Details: Contact the Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals Contact Centre on 07080609000 to request your Hospital Registration Number (UHID).
Visit the Portal: Open your preferred web browser and visit https://mobile.lagoonhospitals.com, or simply scan the hospital’s QR code.

Enter Your Credentials: Type your UHID into the first login field. For your temporary password, use the mobile phone number you originally registered with the hospital.
Secure Your Account: Click “Sign In” and immediately update your password to a new, secure one of your choice. You will use this customized password for all of your future logins.
