The walk will take place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., starting and finishing at the Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals Cardiovascular Centre, 3B Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. Cardiovascular health remains an important part of overall wellbeing, and regular physical activity is one of the simple lifestyle habits that can support a healthier heart. The 10,000-Step Health Walk is designed to encourage people to move more, pay closer attention to their heart health and make preventive healthcare a regular part of everyday life.
