Dr. Adedeji completed her medical education at the prestigious University of Ilorin and had her residency training at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex Ile-Ife.

She is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals.
