Dr. Ayobami is an experienced General Practitioner and a seasoned healthcare administrator. She joined the Lagoon Hospitals in 2008, worked in various capacities and handled core strategic organizational duties as she rose through the ranks. She was pivotal to the development of the Health Assessment Clinic in Lagoon Hospitals, Victoria Island and has since championed consistent adherence to sustainable standards of healthcare management.

Her areas of interest include Global Health (focus on preventive medicine and wellness), quality, health management and leadership. Her research interests are in health service management, maternal and child health and understanding health systems.

She graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos with an MBBS degree. She holds a Master of Science degree in International Health and Management from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and completed an immersive training in Leadership and Management in Healthcare from the University of Washington, USA Department of Global Health E-Learning. She is an active member of the Society for Quality Healthcare in Nigeria.
